BCC County Labor Attorney and ATU Local 1395 International Vice President agree to meet to discuss important pending topics!

On May 20th at 9:30 am the County and ATU will meet to discuss pending issues.

Topics to be discussed:

1.  Wage situation (pending wage increase for fiscal year 07-08)

     a.  Unfair Labor Charged filed by Union - hearing scheduled on June 5th

     b.  Impasse filed by BCC - no date scheduled

     c.  "Stay of Impasse" filed by ATU 

2.  Retirement Buyout

     a.  Officially this is the 2nd meeting - 1st meeting ended without discussion

          or actual presentation of program to Union.

3.  Clerk of Courts payroll change

    a.  Union opposes employees losing 80 hours of pay

    b.  BCC to present change
