Donna Tillery

Donna Tillery is the new Financial Secretary/Treasurer of Local 1395.  She has been working hard to correct the membership roles which was clearly in need of attention.  Donna has discovered that we have former members on the roles who need to be taken off, which will save the Local Union money.  Plus Donna also caught the problem of First Student members who were not having dues deducted from their pay checks.  Donna notified First Student Management and the problem has been corrected.

Donna also oversees the Group Health Insurance for all First Student employees under the ATU labor contract.  With Donna heading up this issue, we now have almost 100 participates under the coverage. 

ATU Local 1395 therefore salutes Donna Tillery as our May 2008 Member of the Month.  Congrats Donna, job well done!
